Hello! Since its first session in 1998 , the National Academic Conference on Bioinformatics and Systems Biology has been successfully held for eleven sessions . It is the brand conference with the highest academic level and the greatest influence in the field of bioinformatics research in China. The 12th National Academic Conference on Bioinformatics and Systems Biology will be held in Qingdao , Shandong Province from October 27 to 30 , 2023 . The meeting was sponsored by the Chinese Society of Bioinformatics (preparation), and undertaken by Shandong Bioinformatics Society and Shandong University . The theme of the conference is "New Development of Artificial Intelligence Large Models and Bioinformatics".
The meeting will invite heavyweight experts and outstanding scholars in the fields of bioinformatics, medicine and other fields to give wonderful reports, including various frontier directions of bioinformatics, smart biomedicine and other aspects. 7. Call for Abstracts
(1) Scope of abstract collection
The conference welcomes a wide range of contributions, and all research and innovative work related to the frontier of bioinformatics can be submitted. The theme of this conference is "New Development of Artificial Intelligence Large Model and Bioinformatics".
(2) Abstract requirements
1. The conference encourages participants to submit abstracts of their papers, which should be in English, and the number of words should be controlled within 1,000 words;
2. The abstract submission system is currently open . Please submit abstracts on the "Personal Center" → "Online Submission" page of the conference website;
3. Please indicate the subject of the conference when submitting the abstract;
4. The academic committee of the conference will review the manuscripts and conference reports, and select the best reports.
( 3 ) Deadline for Abstract Submission
The deadline for abstract submission is September 20 , 2023 . The abstracts submitted by the participants will be jointly reviewed and discussed by the academic committee and special committee of the conference, and the best ones will be included in the abstract collection of the conference, and the sub-session reports, poster exchanges, and closing ceremony awards will be selected.

全国生物信息学与系统生物学学术大会是我国生物信息学术成果最重要的展示平台，为增加生物信息学青年学者在大会上的展示度，本届大会在报到当日举办青年论坛，具体信息如下：

（二）报告要求：38岁以下的优秀青年科技工作者（专家、博士后、博士生均可），报告发表一年内或未发表的一项科研工作。
