The 4th IEEE International Conference on Information Science and Education (ICISE-IE 2023) is scheduled to be held from December 15 to 17, 2023 in Zhanjiang, China. ICISE-IE 2023 will focus on the latest research fields related to "information science" and "education", and provide experts, professors, scholars, engineers, etc. from domestic and foreign universities, scientific research institutes, enterprises and institutions to share professional experience. Paper publication
1. Conference submission
All submissions must be reviewed by 2-3 experts from the organizing committee. After strict review, all accepted papers will be published by IEEE (ISBN: ISBN:979-8-3503-9461-0). It is then submitted by the publisher to databases such as IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, and Scopus.
◆The paper should not be less than 4 pages.

5. Audience participation: You can only attend the conference without submitting papers, but you can also apply for speeches and presentations.
