Mr. Yu Biao, Secretary-General of the National Project Management Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC343), was invited to give a speech at the 12th China PMO Conference 2023 hosted by PMO Review. Yu Biao, Secretary-General of the National Project Management Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC343). International Organization for Standardization (ISO) registered expert; Chairman of BSI British Standard Management System Certification (China) Certification Management Committee.
Presided over the formulation of several national standards such as "Project Management Guide", "Project, Program, and Portfolio Management Program Management Guide", "Project, Program, and Portfolio Management Project Portfolio Management Guide", "Project Work Breakdown Structure", and many group standards such as "Applied Technology Science and Technology Achievement Evaluation Specification" and "Project Management Professional Training Guide".
As the project leader, he edited the 2011~2012 and 2016~2017 "Standardized Science and Technology Discipline Development Report", which was published by China Science and Technology Press; he undertook many national, provincial and ministerial projects and research topics such as "Learning Innovation and Service Ability Improvement Engineering Excellent Science and Technology Community Construction".
