The 2023 Second International Conference on Signal Processing, Computer Networks and Communications (SPCNC2023) will be held in Xiamen from December 8-10, 2023. Paper submission and publication
All submissions must be reviewed by 2-3 experts from the organizing committee. After strict review, all accepted papers will be published in SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X) as a Proceedings It will be published in the form and will be submitted to EI and Scopus for retrieval after publication.

The conference only accepts submissions in English.

EI conference papers are 4-6 pages.

Each accepted paper includes one free attendee (or oral report or poster presentation).

If the manuscript is withdrawn due to personal reasons after payment, a service fee (30% of the page fee) will be charged.

The paper should have academic or practical value and has not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences. The author can check for plagiarism at his own expense through CrossCheck, Turnitin or other query systems. The duplication rate of the article should not exceed 30% (including references), otherwise the article will be The authors will be solely responsible for rejected manuscripts due to duplication rates.

How to participate
1. Author participation: An accepted article allows one author to attend the conference (or oral report/poster presentation) for free;
2. Oral report: Apply for an oral report within 15 minutes; (Oral report certificate is issued)
3. Poster display: Apply for poster display, A1 size or online PPT picture, the organizing committee will print and post it; (poster display certificate will be issued)
4. Audience participation: only attend the conference without submitting papers.
