Paper publication
1. Submission of conference papers
All submissions must be reviewed by 2-3 experts from the organizing committee. After strict review, all accepted papers will be published by IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3503-4361-8). The publisher submits it to IEEE Xplore, EI, and Scopus for retrieval .
Notes on submission:

EI conference papers should not be less than 4 pages, and the authors of the references cited in the article should be from three or more countries ;

Accepted and registered papers need to be read out at the conference site

If the manuscript is withdrawn due to personal reasons after payment, a service fee (30% of the page fee) will be charged
