1. Submission of conference papers

All submissions must be reviewed by 2-3 experts from the organizing committee. After strict review, all accepted papers will be published by IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3503-4361-8). The publisher submits it to IEEE Xplore, EI, and Scopus for retrieval .

Notes on submission:

  • EI conference papers should not be less than 4 pages, and the authors of the references cited in the article should be from three or more countries ;

  • Download thesis template from the official website

  • The conference only accepts submissions in English

  • Accepted and registered papers need to be read out at the conference site

  • If the manuscript is withdrawn due to personal reasons after payment, a service fee (30% of the page fee) will be charged

  • The paper should have academic or practical value and has not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences. The author can check for plagiarism at his own expense through CrossCheck, Turnitin or other query systems.
