step:

1. Install fcitx-googlepinyin:
   sudo apt-get install fcitx-googlepinyin
   

2. Configure language support in the language support in the application:
   

3. After clicking on the language support, it will prompt that the installation is not complete, click on the complete installation:

4. Enter the password to verify and wait for the installation:
   

5. IBusRestart the computer after setting the keyboard input method system in the language support fcitx:
   

6. Input method configuration:
   

   Click the keyboard icon on the status bar in the upper right corner, and configure in the drop-down menu to enter the input method configuration interface.
   

   Click the number in the lower left corner of Input Method Settings +to enter the Add Input Method interface. Uncheck 只显示当前语言the option, input 拼音and search to the system's existing pinyin input method. Select Google 拼音and confirm with OK.

7. Close the settings, and the configuration of the Google input method is complete: the
   shortcut key to switch the input method is ctrl+space, and you can change the shortcut key in the second global configuration in the input method setting interface.
