How to build an open source community? Wang Shoubo shared the check list that needs to be clear when an open source community is established: project goals, market positioning, project infrastructure, and community governance. First determine the technical focus and target users of the project, and determine the differences of the project through comparative analysis, then start to build community websites, develop new media channels, etc., lay a solid foundation for the project, and finally improve the governance principles such as community organizational structure, processes, and responsibilities.
