- In the first half of the year, I basically kept one book a month. In the second half of the year, I was a little relaxed. I bought a lot of books, but I only read more than 10 books, which barely met my expectations.
- Advance in team leadership and business insight for advancement
- This year, I learned a lot from other outstanding students and grew a lot in leadership and business insight. However, business + team adjustment, failed to promote, keep motivated~
- Dig deep into technology, not superficial, and continue to output more than 2 technical articles per month
- With the increase of responsibilities, the free time is relatively reduced. I usually maintain the habit of blog reading, and only update a few blogs sporadically. Compared with last year, I have a lot less precipitation in this area. However, in the company, I also participated in the architecture design and implementation of many projects, and learned a lot of useful knowledge.

Get multiple life skills

- Skiing/Ice: Skiing coaches, but lack of teaching experience, failed to teach Ding students; first time skating on the lake in Beijing, quite happy~
Work: twists and turns
Today I heard that the company has laid off employees, and tomorrow I heard that the company has delisted. The whole industry is crying, and the education industry is even more precarious in this turmoil. After two waves of business and team adjustments within a year, those left now have more or less faith in education, right? However, every time I come to a new business, I can learn some new ways to play it. Whether it is technology or business perspective, I personally feel that I have benefited a lot.
Life: Xiao Que Xing
It is said that both life and work need time, but time is limited, so conflicts between the two are prone to occur. Now I can understand this a little bit, but after all, as I said before, I love to make troubles and make troubles. Now when conflicts arise, life will be put aside first, so the problem is not big. When life prevails, it should be the time to go to second- and third-tier cities for the elderly~ Now, I eat and drink on weekends, and go out to play when I have time.

There are regrets after all:
