2017 year-end summary

In the blink of an eye, 2017 is coming to an end, so today I would like to summarize the situation of my year. In general, 2017 was rough, but I still made a lot of progress.

Everything in life is in order. The good news is that a new member will be added to the family next year. The little guy does not know what it will be like, but he is still looking forward to it. I hope that in the future, I can play code with me, so that I can have more companions in my technical path-no matter whether he is in this industry or not, as a child of the new era, mastering this skill is at least what it should be. Some time ago, I watched the Zhejiang New College Entrance Examination. Communication Technology selected Python and Python Pandas as the test content. It can be seen that software development will be a necessary skill in the future, and it may be appropriate to let children get into programming early. As for work, if you are uncomfortable in your hometown, you can only explore step by step and seek breakthroughs.

This year, I also officially turned 30. As a result, I immediately gave me a slap in the face, which made my stomach suffer a lot. Maybe it was because I was busy with work and study before, and I often didn’t eat on time. Well, at present, I can only take good care of my stomach and try to restore the unrestrained life of eating meat.

In any case, people still have to plan for the long-term, and this year has not allowed themselves to be idle.

First of all, I further deepened my understanding of web development, practiced it in practice, and then learned some database knowledge in depth, and also learned Hadoop.

Second, actually use Python to do something, not just simplify my own work. In this process, I am familiar with Django, use OpenCV, understand deep learning, and also deal with Excel, and do some data processing and analysis work.

Finally, I do Android development at work, so I am more familiar with Android development, and I also completed an iOS APP development work.

In general, my development skills in the front and back ends have been further improved. I am learning about database optimization recently, and I hope that I can be more comfortable when using the database. The feeling is that learning programming is often hands-on, learning theory well, hands-on practice, and problems in practice, continue to learn and solve problems. As for what to learn, I personally feel that there is no need to restrict ourselves. To learn a field, we should learn more about the ideas and concepts in the development of this field, which will be of greater help to our own coding or architecture.

After talking about the present, let’s talk about the future. First of all, learning can’t stop, keep trying all kinds of new things, I don’t guarantee that what I learn immediately will be useful, but the effect I want to achieve is to make myself useful at least all the time. Secondly, if you have the idea to try the system architect, there is no qualification certification, but in a disguised form to motivate yourself to learn, I think it is still beneficial. Whether this is implemented or not depends on your own learning situation. Finally, think about how to serve the little guy in the future XD.

Looking at my bookcase, I have never slackened in the past four years. I just hope that by persevering, I can exchange for the tomorrow I hope, and finally become the person I hope to be.
