The first official member meeting of Kaiyuanshe in 2023 was held on February 19. Chairman Chen Yang.Emily announced the new list of directors of Kaiyuanshe in his opening speech, and expressed a warm welcome to the new members who joined Kaiyuanshe. She outlined the important work direction of Kaiyuanshe this year, and elaborated on this year's work plan and goals.

At the same time, we will continue to train the younger generation of open source community successors, so that they have a clear open source career plan and a growth path in the open source community.

At the conference, Liu Tiandong.Ted, a formal member of Kaiyuanshe,  shared the rights and obligations of full members in conjunction with the newly launched official website of Kaiyuanshe. Among them, the official member list displayed on the official website and the function of connecting to a personal GitHub account are widely recognized by everyone.

At the conference, Jiang Bo.Nadia, the 2023 deputy director of the Kaiyuan Society, made a summary report on the main work progress of the Kaiyuan Society last year , focusing on sharing the traditional flagship projects of the Kaiyuan Society ( 2022 Open Source Annual Report , COSCon'22 China Open Source Annual Conference and China 33 open source pioneers & open source code list ), and shared the progress made by each working group and the work plan for 2023 in turn.

At the conference, Zhang Xiangyu, a core member of the China Open Source Annual Report project team, interpreted and looked forward to the 2022 China Open Source Annual Report. The report is mainly composed of four parts, namely Chronicle of Events, Data, Commercialization and Questionnaire. China's Open Source Annual Report was initiated by Kaiyuanshe in 2015. It is the first domestic open source community, universities, media, venture capital, enterprises and individuals to join hands in creating an open source community with a purely voluntary and non-profit concept Completed open source research report. Later, due to some factors, it was suspended, and the project was restarted in 2018. At the conference, Shi Yao (Shuige), chairman of the Kaiyuanshe project committee, introduced the latest situation of the Kaiyuanshe open source project, introduced the projects of each working group, related progress and achievements. In the past year, various development projects have fully implemented the DevOps + Serverless development workflow planned in OKR, allowing development volunteers to focus on business development and stay away from the complexity of the underlying technical architecture, maximizing the value of their precious spare time. At the meeting, Shuige also mentioned the dilemma of incubating open source projects. In the second part of the meeting, Kaiyuanshe specially invited Chen Tianzhou from Bytebase, Bian Sikang from Ant Group, and Gu Siwei from NebulaGraph to participate in a roundtable forum themed "Open Source Commercial Company Sails to the Sea". Director Jiang Bo presided over the meeting. As the pioneers of software going overseas, several guests discussed from the status quo of open source commercial companies going overseas, to the practice and style of business growth, and to the cultural differences and challenges faced by Chinese software going overseas, and also provided on-site and online open source practitioners The authors and seagoing practitioners gave suggestions and shared the experience of closing the pit, which is full of dry goods.
