On the afternoon of April 13, Shandong University and Alibaba Cloud conducted in-depth exchanges on talent training cooperation. At the meeting, Zhou Guangpeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Software, Shandong University, and Zhou Yuanfeng, Deputy Dean of the School of Software, Shandong University, introduced the overall situation of the school, including the school's discipline construction and talent training concepts, and proposed to strengthen the construction of school-enterprise cooperation courses and the implementation of on-campus and off-campus practices. Hou Mengbo, Dean of the Software Engineering Department of the Software College of Shandong University, and Pan Li, Director of the Data Science and Big Data Technology Department of the Software College of Shandong University, said that we must adhere to the cultivation of characteristic talents and continuously improve the characteristic software engineering professional training program.
Sun Zhongyuan, head of Alibaba Cloud's Organizational Transformation and Learning Development Department, expressed great importance to talent training, and hoped to promote in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises and realize the development of core talents through precise matching between industry research and universities. Liu Yingmin from the University Cooperation Department of Alibaba Cloud introduced the academic cooperation system of Alibaba Cloud. Both schools and enterprises will deepen cooperation and jointly promote the implementation of a new model of talent training.
Afterwards, Zhang Liguo, architect of Alibaba Cloud Industry Solution Sales Department - Shandong, introduced cloud computing and Alibaba Cloud to the students, focusing on the development history, market position, and R&D system of Alibaba Cloud.
Sun Zhongyuan, head of the Organizational Transformation and Learning Development Department of Alibaba Cloud, shared the talent training system of Alibaba Cloud and the recruitment project of Alibaba Cloud management trainees for the students of Shandong University.
