Running motion recording software
This software since April 15, 2019 was founded, after two months of development and testing, as summarized below:
- Plans, objectives
After Wang teacher's guidance and support, we plan to complete the project, with the first goal - creation of project development NABCD, the project has a more in-depth understanding, understanding N (Need) requirements, A (Approach) practice, B (benefit) benefits, C (Competitors) competition, D (Delivery) promotion.

- Resources
Due to lack of developers, most of the resources inclined to write code for testing less attention, resulting in coding efficiency is not so user analysis survey should allocate enough manpower.
We are a small team of three people, the allocation of resources is a big problem, everybody do the task, the task always have a place to cross, so that is always a waste of time and effort to do some useful work, which makes everyone tired.
