At the meeting, both schools and enterprises conducted detailed discussions on professional practice and talent training programs. Song Qingguo, Secretary of the School of Software, Tongji University, introduced the background of the school, the composition of talents, the curriculum system, and the professional characteristics of the school. Sun Zhongyuan, head of Alibaba Cloud's Organizational Transformation and Learning Development Department, introduced the basic situation of Alibaba Cloud, the concept of school-enterprise cooperation, school-enterprise joint talent training, and the needs of top university talents for the construction of enterprise talent echelon.
