After startup, the browser access http://localhost:7001/console If the management console interface is displayed, the installation is successful.

At this time, you may not be able to access the WebLogic management console through IP, you can visit http://localhost:7001/console, enter the user name and password to enter the console interface

Lock & Edit
Domain Structure ==> Environment ==>
Select the corresponding Server on the right side of Servers , open it for editing, fill in 0.0.0.0 in Listen Address: and save it.
Finally, click the most important step of Activate Changes in the original Lock & Edit place
