Switch to weblogic to start slow solution

When starting weblogic, it is always stuck in

This is a bug in SUN, JDK. The solution is to setDomainEnv.sh in the weblogic startup script: add the following content

JAVA_OPTIONS="${JAVA_OPTIONS} -Djava.security.egd=file:/dev/./urandom"
export JAVA_OPTIONS
