Now I feel a little more restrained and calm with the team. I don’t need to do what to do with all the problems immediately, but to be more tolerant and restrained. Since the beginning of 2015, I feel that I have matured a lot, and it has always been fiery management. When it comes to things, people are less sympathetic. Now that you think about other things, you just want to be happy. Necessary humane things are still needed.

      Not everyone wants to make mistakes at work, and their original intentions must be good. If they make mistakes, we must give them a chance to correct themselves. It is not necessary to make a single mistake or to reject them all.

     Increase communication with the team to understand their reasonable demands, and definitely support some of their correct ideas, so that everyone in the team can make continuous progress and maximize their personal value.
