2016 year-end summary and plans for the year ahead

After tangled for a long time, I finally finished writing it and handed it in:

Plan:
1. Do a good job in xxx products.
2. Through xxx product exercise, improve your technical level, business analysis, task splitting, communication, and ability to withstand pressure, and strive to achieve that you can be independently responsible for the design and development of a system, as well as task decomposition, and breakthroughs in key points.
3. Keep up with the development trend of the industry, understand and learn the research results and technical means of famous companies such as Ali and Apache, participate in offline salons, and actively track the overall development of the financial industry and memorabilia (especially third-party payment).
4. I have read some books recently, including psychology, product management, business management, and technology. I feel that I have gained a lot and broadened my horizons. I will still put reading in an important position next year.

Suggestions:
1. Suggest that the company can tell employees what the current product plan is like.
2. The development period is best determined by the developer after evaluation.
3. It is suggested that a specific solution can be brought to the meeting to discuss, so as to reduce the time occupied by other irrelevant topics.
4. After the plan is finalized, the relevant developers need to unify their opinions at that time, and after reaching a consensus on a certain solution, the development can be carried out to reduce the number of rework during development.
