Now as the IT industry with the most cost-effective short-term training, training for half a year and spending 20,000 to 30,000 yuan can earn a salary of 10k+. This is very attractive to the current young people, and it is quite cost-effective for many families. An investment, but few people have considered whether your children or yourself are suitable for this job.

What I have seen in the past two years, a large number of young people, mainly 20-25 years old, are crazy to invest in IT training. Most of them have poor family conditions, and the tuition fee of 2w+ is not good for a rural family. It's easy, but parents are still committed to it without hesitation, but they have never thought about whether their children are suitable for learning programming, just like choosing a major in college, or even choosing arts and sciences in high school. A child has a choice. The reality is: no. Not only for parents, but for these young people, I really want to ask these young people, do you know what you are learning? Do you know what to do after you finish your studies?

College students need good psychological quality, especially career development education, and need to have a more solid psychological quality. Last semester, in the class quality development rotation training organized by the Youth League Committee of our college, our students actively participated in it, experienced the power of unity, completed the extreme challenges to their own physical and psychological, and won the unanimous agreement of the college leaders and students. The high praise has greatly improved the psychological quality of college students. For this reason, the Mental Health Education Center of our hospital took this opportunity to launch a mental health sports meeting.

I have asked many students, they are generally confused, they are almost finished the course, they still don’t know what they are learning, what they can do after learning, they have never thought about it, even in the process of learning, they Obviously not suitable for learning this language, but no one has ever given reasonable advice.

For training institutions, it must be the students who come and pay the tuition fees. Of course they can learn it. It doesn’t matter if they can’t learn it. The money is not refunded. At the same time, there is no staff to tell the students which language is suitable for you Which one is not suitable for you to learn, anyway, it is good, as long as you pay the money. It gives me the feeling that I am truly irresponsible to the students. It may be a bit exaggerated to say that deception, but apart from this word, I can't think of a more appropriate word to describe it.

It is precisely because of this ethos of the entire IT training industry that there are numerous training institutions large and small. However, I personally hate this kind of training that is paid for without entrance examination, because it is completely irresponsible for the students' lives, and even I have heard that some institutions claim to "package employment", the so-called "Inclusive of employment" is actually arranging to work in some unrelated companies. Isn't this a denial of the students' lives?

A few days ago, I was chatting with the students who have graduated. The students have not found a job for three months after graduation, and then the message conveyed to me is that I can't do anything. Others in the same class have found a 10k job, and mine has a 5k job. I can't find it, I also tried to learn, why is this happening?

Just like studying art and dancing, not everything can be successful only by hard work, we have to find what suits us. For training institutions, in order to make money, there is nothing wrong. But for more young people who want to train IT, I hope that young people can really be responsible for their own future. Or give some advice to more young people who want to train IT:

You have to think for yourself first, whether you are suitable for IT. E.g:

·Is it acceptable to work overtime for many years?

· Relatively need to have relatively high logical thinking ability, do we have it?

· Are we sensitive to countless words, vocabulary and numbers?

The most important point is: do you love programming?

In fact, before you want to participate in the training, you should know more about this industry, don't follow the crowd, don't follow blindly. We don't care about others, at least we are responsible for our own life.

---  Finally, submit a manuscript  ---

Have you attended any of these short training sessions? How do you personally see some IT training in the current society? Contributions are welcome and tell your story.

Call for Papers:

①The number of words in the manuscript should be about 800~1500 words. Articles with more than 2,000 words are more troublesome to read on mobile phones, and articles with less than 800 words are not enjoyable.

②You can also attach photos you have taken that are suitable for essay illustrations~If it is inconvenient, the program and Xiaoqi will also help you with pictures~
