The explanations on Google search on the Internet are basically copied from this one. Of course I copied this one below. But still vote for the original hhhhhhhhhhh
The composition of search engines
The commonly used search engines are:
search engines need four parts to work properly: searcher, indexer, retriever, and user interface.
Searcher
A busy liver emperor. Roaming fast on the Internet every day, scanning every corner of the Internet. You should also go back to the places you have been to frequently to see if the map is updated.
Indexer
Understand the information searched by the searcher and extract the characteristics of the information. Build an information database for query.
Retriever
According to the user's query, the result is retrieved in the index database. And check the relevance between the retrieved results and what the user wants to query. Sort the results to be output.
User interface
Interactive interface.
Retrieval skills
And or not
Space means and. A space B, search for information that contains both A and B.
The minus sign means not. A space minus B, search for information with A but not B. "A -B"
OR means or. Be capitalized. A space OR space B. Search A and B have one of the information.
Search is not case sensitive
Quotation marks should be added to search phrases and sentences
Whole word wildcard
*The asterisk can replace a word instead of one or several keyboard characters in the word.
如检索:“Once I had a * and it was a gas”
Character wildcard
The dot can replace one character.
Mandatory search
Want to search: Who am I?
If you search directly, Who, I,? Will be omitted.
So use +who +am +i to force the search.
Advanced search syntax
site
Limit your search to a specific website. Such as:
金庸 site:edu.cn
金庸 古龙 site:sina.com.cn
filetype
Find information in a certain type of file. Such as: search for office documents of several asset responsibility tables
资产负债表 filetype:doc OR filetype:xls OR filetype:ppt
inurl
The search keyword is included in the URL link. URL is the URL code in the top window of your current browser. Such as: search midi format Cang Hai Yi Lol
% 下面两种搜索方式等价
% 加引号只是因为 沧海一声笑 是个词组
inurl:midi "沧海一声笑"
"沧海一声笑" inurl:midi
The inurl grammar is only limited to the first word after the colon. The result of your search will be that the content of the web page contains "Cang Hai Yi Shi Laugh" and the result of "midi" in the URL. And it is not case sensitive, the results of midi and MIDI are the same.
allinurl
Retrieve web pages where all keywords after allinurl appear in the URL.
% 加引号是因为它是个词组 当你不确定它是单词还是词作的时候加个引号没有错的
allinurl:"cgi-bin" phf com
intitle allintitle
These two are the same as inurl allinurl, except that the search scope is limited to the page title, not the URL.
