But there is a reason you have to understand, no matter which industry, always follow pyramid principle:
- The first step: young, you can rely on the physical advantages, do some basic work, this is the biggest part of the group.

- The third step: to broaden their horizons, in-depth business, improve thinking highly integrated capabilities to enhance all aspects, a technical expert or the same level of management.
