There are generally two analysis methods for product analysis reports: one is the analytic hierarchy process, and the other is the progressive analysis method.
The first is the analytic hierarchy process:
1) Strategic layer: product purpose, user needs, what operators and users want from the product
2) Scope layer: specification function, whether a certain function should be one of the functions of the product, and what is the combination method of each function
3) Structural layer: process structure, how users get to a certain page, and where can they go after they go through the process
4) Frame layer: the position of the page layout, buttons, tables and text areas, whether to achieve the maximum effect of these elements
5) Presentation layer: visual design, product images, presentation forms of text, and interactive forms
The second, progressive analysis method (6h+3w):
1) What is the positioning of the product?
2 ) Who is the target user
3 ) what the user uses the scene
4 ) What is the demand in the corresponding scenario?
5 ) What is the closed loop of the requirements realization steps?
6 ) What is the development prospect of the product and what stage is it currently in ?
7 ) What is the market capacity, market trends, and technical basis ?
8 ) How about the ease of use, functional integrity, user experience, etc. of the product? How
9 ) If an improvement plan is made, what functions will be added? Which features are optimized? What is the priority? How
