Q: What have you done in your most recent job? At that moment, I felt so smart

The most recent client is a quality leader in the IT department of a large multinational manufacturing industry. We work together to develop quality-related processes and standards and define a more efficient and high-quality production, research and testing process. In the process, it was found that the discussion about the profession itself certainly made each other grow, and more interesting collisions occurred in the discussion of matters outside the profession. For example: as a manager, it is inevitable to face a large amount of complex information, how to process and output this information? How to make information transparent and avoid misunderstanding caused by poor information? How to make interesting and interesting presentation materials? How to balance input and output? These discussions have deepened the understanding of the issue and enhanced mutual trust, which is really interesting.

The moment of success with the client through a lot of close cooperation is the "highlight moment" and the most fulfilling moment of the consultant's career.

Q: If you had the opportunity to talk to yourself N years ago, what would you say to her?

From QA to consultant, it is not easy to make a career change, but if I have the opportunity to talk to myself who was about to choose a job n years ago, I would say: "Do it with confidence and boldness, without being limited by many There are real dilemmas, reality will improve, and the environment can change, but there are not so many restrictions, as long as you want.”

The reason why I choose to do consulting and empowerment is because I want to see more possibilities for quality. When encountering career bottlenecks, you can think about solutions from multiple perspectives, such as improving your own abilities, changing the environment, adjusting expectations, etc. In fact, the career bottleneck is more of a self-feeling. When asking for help from the outside world cannot be solved, it may become clear that you will turn to yourself instead. Active transformation can also be regarded as a way out for yourself in the workplace, while maintaining your core competitiveness, which is also the best practice to avoid a new round of bottlenecks.

At present, we are very satisfied with our work status. No matter what external conditions, we have the right to pursue a better version of ourselves. As women in the workplace, insisting on fairness is not necessarily true equality. Recognizing gender differences, fostering strengths and circumventing weaknesses, and continuing to improve are true equality. In order to be a better self, it is also the driving force for women in the workplace to keep making progress.
