He has been in the semiconductor industry for more than 12 years. Now he is the ecological development manager of Imagination China's consumer and AIOT markets. Downstream partners maintain close contact.

Ma Jiaying:

He has been in the semiconductor industry for more than 12 years. Now he is the HR manager of Imagination China. He is mainly responsible for optimizing and implementing the HR policies and projects of the headquarters in China. At the same time, he supports the heads of various departments in China to carry out business and realize the strategic goals of the team. The bridge between the department and the HR department.

Zhang Huijuan:

He has been in the semiconductor industry for more than 15 years, and is now a senior industry analyst at Yufei.com. At present, he mainly focuses on semiconductor technology, artificial intelligence, smart consumer applications, etc., and has produced a large number of in-depth original articles and in-depth research and analysis reports.

Zhao Yan:

He has been in the electronic information and semiconductor industry for more than 20 years. He is now the founder and chief consultant of EEIVA. He provides industry research and content output services for semiconductors and a wide range of hard technology applications and ecological cooperation, and guides the team to formulate more in line with the industry. Through ecological work, companies in the upstream and downstream of the industry are familiar with our products and technologies, so as to expand new customers. This is very fulfilling, but of course it is also difficult.

Ma Jiaying:

Together with the senior executives in China, we have built a dynamic, enthusiastic and highly dedicated team. Zhang Huijuan:

Ma Jiaying:

Facing the rapidly changing market environment, how to respond quickly and adjust the company's HR strategy in a timely manner, including recruitment strategy, salary strategy, performance management and digital transformation, etc., and how to combine the headquarters' HR strategy with local needs, especially during the epidemic The inconvenient communication is not a small challenge for the decision-making staff in the HR work at the headquarters.

Zhang Huijuan:

The biggest challenge should be to maintain curiosity and learning ability for a long time, to maintain creativity, to output more, and to do more systematic output when the industry is getting more and more "volume". There is also the need to quickly digest, learn and present.

Zhao Yan:

The cultivation and construction of the talent echelon has always been a relatively big challenge, and I believe it is also a headache for many managers. In addition, I set a small goal of 50 years of healthy work for myself at the beginning, which felt a bit arduous and needed scientific advancement. Trying to balance work and physical and mental health is quite challenging in today's society.

I remember when I first started working, everyone was still working on discrete graphics cards, and there was no integrated graphics card yet. I forget which year the shipment of notebooks surpassed that of desktops, and from a certain year when the shipment of mobile phones surpassed that of notebooks. You will find that the smaller the chip, the higher the performance. But one thing has not changed, that is, no matter which company, they are constantly pursuing the balance between performance and efficiency, which is also the most difficult thing to do.

Zhang Huijuan:

First of all, the driving force of innovation is changing, from the Internet to the mobile Internet, from PCs to smartphones, from traditional cars to electric cars, autonomous driving, and then to deep learning and artificial intelligence that have deeply influenced the industry in recent years... the pace of technological development faster and faster.

Along with these changes in the application market, our domestic semiconductor industry has undergone very profound changes, which are reflected in the policy level, entrepreneurial environment, innovation ability, talent training...etc. Now the semiconductor industry has been paid close attention to by the whole country. In one of the fields, the domestic semiconductor industry will continue to precipitate and grow in this multi-dimensional change.

Finally, I would like to talk about what has remained unchanged. My own feeling is "persistence". Over the years, I have contacted and interviewed many outstanding practitioners, and they or the companies they work in all have a very focused ability to continuously tackle key problems and innovate.

Zhao Yan:

I think the biggest change is that the semiconductor industry has gone from behind the scenes to the front and is well known to the public. I see that various subdivisions of the industrial chain are accelerating integration, penetration and extension. In the past, the division of labor was relatively clear, but now everyone will cooperate more closely. What remains unchanged is that despite the continuous advancement of science and technology, technical problems always exist and emerge in endlessly. It is still not easy to break through these technical problems, and basic research needs to be continuously strengthened.
