FreeBSD 13.1-RC2 released

FreeBSD 13.1 released the second RC version, the update content mainly fixes bugs. The official version is expected to be released before the end of the month.

Based on the testing of FreeBSD 13.1-RC2, the third and final RC release is likely to be released next week. The FreeBSD developers and their release team are aiming for an official release around April 26th.
