First is knowledge of diferent skills. This make it possible to keep the program moving on when lack of hands.
Second is electronic skills. I find some problems of previous designed circuit board based on experence and books.

Design of relay controller, HRS5A hardware demo works, embed hardware layout. There are at least three reasons: trust of Jiajie and Yong Li, longtime reading and will to finish something

I may put much concentration on the details, I should thingk more of the overall map.
When the things get tough, I need calm down to think solutions and find someone for help, always worring make no sense.
