信息量太大了。
1.“添加jar包”
一开始在GetRankWeb里，那个org.apache.poi.的包我没有，所以不能实现从java里对Microsoft Office格式档案读和写的功能，后面很多功能不行。后来收到一个压缩包有这个文件。
然后我导入jar文件的方式是：（1）把压缩包文件解压到lab文件下；（2）刷新
但这样是错的，没加载到库之前那，只能算一个.jar后缀的文件，没办法获取到里面的java类。
而加载到库后，相当于解压了这个文件，把里面的java类识别出来。
正确操作：右击库->构建路径->配置构建路径->添加外部jar
（以下按照在GetRankWeb类main方法中遇到问题的顺序写的）
