解决方式：
执行以下命令之后重启vscode就可以了
sudo chown -R $USER ~/Library/Caches/com.microsoft.VSCode.ShipIt
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Users/bear/Downloads/Visual\ Studio\ Code.app
// 换成自己电脑的vscode安装的路径
