博主之前明明时装了pcl1.7的 不知道为什么没有了 可能是装ros的时候自动卸载了？？
根据高翔书里命令（官网上）
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:v-launchpad-jochen-sprickerhof-de/pcl
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install libpcl-all
第二部报错 如下：
错误:31 http://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/deb stable InRelease

W: 部分索引文件下载失败。如果忽略它们，那将转而使用旧的索引文件。

说是上面的命令只适合于14.04 16.04需要改一下最后一行命令
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:v-launchpad-jochen-sprickerhof-de/pcl
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install libpcl-dev
注意：如果第三步install的是libpcl-all，会提示无法定位软件包libpcl-all；
update可能会出错，提示：PPA仓库没有Release文件，这个问题可以忽略；
如果install失败，可以再执行一次update，然后install；
