moveTaskToBack(true);

官方原话：
Move the task containing this activity to the back of the activity stack. The activity's order within the task is unchanged.

蹩脚的翻译一下：将包含此Activity的任务压入栈里，但任务里面activity的顺序不会改变。
尼玛，翻译得自己都看不懂，通俗的说就是activity最小化了，呵呵
