Python conda安装
1: 官网下载2.7版本 Anaconda2-2018.12-Windows-x86_64.exe,
安装完后配置环境变量 用户变量->PATH 编辑新增路径 C:\ProgramData\Anaconda2\Scripts
2:重新管理员身份输入conda --version 查看版本, 然后升级包 conda upgrade --all 若升级失败,请打开VPNFQ
3:创建虚拟环境
