最高到python 3.6 支持 tf1.2

step 1. conda create -n tensorflow python=3.6

step 2. activate tensorflow

step 3.conda install tensorflow

step 4.忽略警告：

       import os

       os.environ['TF_CPP_MIN_LOG_LEVEL'] = '2'
