springboot整合ftp配置及工具类
1，使用serv-U安装 ftp 服务器，测试安装是否成功
安装下载，官网地址：http://www.serv-u.com.cn/
2，在 springboot的 resources下加入配置文件ftp.properties,配置如下：
加入jar包
