Export done in US7ASCII character set and AL16UTF16 NCHAR character set
server uses ZHS16GBK character set (possible charset conversion)

客户端字符集与服务端字符集不一致

在使用数据泵时，源端客户端、源端数据库、目标端客户端、目标端数据库的字符集尽量保持一致
