1.首先阅读公众号开发API，（这里要说明下微信公众号的API里面有好多坑，在实际项目中遇到在一一介绍）

2.公众号接入服务器：（参考公众号API文档：https://mp.weixin.qq.com/wiki?t=resource/res_main&id=mp1421135319）

3.接入服务器的后台实现：（设置服务器地址时微信会注定给服务器发起GET请求，而用户关注，发消息等微信会给服务器发送POST请求）
