我们在使用pip安装包的时候，经常会有提示出现 ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement xxx 或 ERROR: No matching distribution found for XXX的问题
解决方法
方法一：pip版本过低，可尝试更新匹配版本
python -m pip install --upgrade pip
大多不是pip版本问题。
方法二：python国内网络不稳定，直接导致报错。需要使用国内的镜像源来加速,比如豆瓣源 -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.douban.com
我们用一个镜像网站里面几乎包含所有的常见包
在pip install 地址包名后面追加 -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.douban.com即可
pip install XXX -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.douban.com
