conda：Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement XXX

在根据这篇博客安装labelme时，用pip命令安装包会报如下错误：

这是因为网络的问题，需要使用国内的镜像源来加速,比如豆瓣源

在后面加上就可以了

pip install PyQt5 -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.douban.com

pip install labelme -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.douban.com
