今天公司的一台笔记本需要安装系统，可是找不到启动引导菜单并且找不到进入BIOS的方法，在网上找了N久，如果找到了此方法。
在此多说一句，百度真心不行（技术方面），还是Google给力，赞。
进入BIOS的方法，启动到东芝Logo的界面，然后按键盘上面的“INS”键，此时会显示出一个菜单项，让选择是进入BIOS还是启动引导菜单。
注意： 如果电脑设置了快速启动，在启动时是不会显示电脑品牌的Logo的，所以需要关机，然后按住“INS”键，然后再按电源键开机，即可。
吐槽一下：坑呀（日本国内销售的机型），那里会有INS键进入菜单项的，巨坑。
其它的一般都是F1、F2、DEL这些按钮进入，它到好，哎，坑。

Before you can access the BIOS you have to enter the supervisor password. So when you start your notebook (not from hibernation or standby) press the “INS” key when Toshiba BIOS logo appears. A prompt for the supervisor password appears. Now you have to enter the supervisor BIOS password.
When the password is certified then a menu appears:
Select the next operation:
F2: Platform Setup
F12: Boot Manager
D: Unconfigure of Intel AMT
