3 , database creation
Start mysql built-in command-line script to create the database (note not the operating system comes with cmd command line):
create database confulence default character set utf8 collate utf8_bin;grant all on confulence.* to 'confulence@'%' identified by 'confpasswd';
Quit command line. (Seemingly continue this line of command does not work, so to quit)
Start the mysql command-line scripts to run again the following script to set up the database
SET GLOBAL tx_isolation='READ-COMMITTED';

4.Confluence Configuration
4.1在浏览器中配置Confluence，打开：http://localhost:8090/ （或者在开始菜单中启动Access confulence）
两个都不勾选
4.2 License添加
点击获取试用授权，获得可用30天的临时许可
4.3配置数据库
勾选我自己的数据库
4.4配置用户
查看license信息
点击一般设置-->管理-->授权细节，可以查看license信息。

重启后遇到问题
MySQL session isolation level 'REPEATABLE-READ' is no longer supported. Session isolation level must be 'READ-COMMITTED'.
解决办法：在mysql命令行中重新运行 SET GLOBAL tx_isolation='READ-COMMITTED'; 如何在重启后不必再次运行，方法待定。
