This is my download windows (x86 64-bit) MySQL8.0.13 the zip package. After the download is complete, unzip to where you want to install, I put this location: D: \ MyPrograms \ mysql-8.0.13-winx64
The second step , configure MYSQL environment variables, set the mysql command used globally.
The path shown in Figure 1, the open system [], 2 [click] Advanced system settings, open system properties, select [3] Environment Variables pop-up window, select New [4], pop, the system variable named variables: MYSQL_HOME , just the path decompression path, after determining in Figure 5.
