Oracle 11G R2 indicate when windows server 2008 64-bit installation: Can not create entries in the windows "Start" menu or desktop

Solution:

      This is because the windows server 2008 default language is English, when installing oracle, can not find a corresponding Chinese character set, so an error.

        In Control Panel, open Regional and Language in the "Management" option in the regional and language settings to "Chinese (Simplified Chinese)", restart the service,

       Reinstall the oracle 11G.
