Chapter III Project Management Process Groups

1. Project Management Process Groups (Project Management Process Groups)

   - Start (initiating) process: including the definition and approval of the project or project phase. It all happened at every stage of the project. Including project charter (Project
   Charters) and kick-off meeting (Kick-OFF
   Meetings) and so on. A meeting is to start meeting at the beginning of the project, in order to meet stakeholders, review the project objectives, discuss future plans

   - Plan (planning) process: including the development and maintenance of an executable program, to ensure that projects meet the requirements of the organization. Plan including scope management plan, schedule management plan, cost management plan, procurement management plan. The main purpose is to guide the implementation of the project

   - execution (executing) process: including the development and maintenance of an executable program, to ensure that projects meet the needs of the organization

   - monitoring (Monitoring and
   Controlling) process: including regularly measure and monitor the progress of the project, in order to ensure that the project team to meet project objectives

   - ending (closing) process: including the formal acceptance of the project or project phase, and effectively terminated
