The information system project manager is one of the five advanced qualification exams for the computer technology and software professional and technical qualification (level) exam, and is a direct prerequisite for the qualification declaration of senior project managers in the field of information system construction.
Qualified personnel who pass this exam can master the knowledge system of information system project management and have the practical work ability and business level of senior engineers.
There are two basic uses for passing this exam:
1. Job title: This certificate can be used to evaluate job titles in state-owned enterprises and institutions.
2. Application project manager: This certificate can be applied to the system integration project manager in your own company. If your company does not need it, you can declare it in other companies (IT construction talent network), that is, attach.
Information system project management has five process groups and ten knowledge areas, which are introduced below.
Five process groups for project management
1. Start Process Group: Define and approve a project or phase, and authorize a set of processes to start the project or phase.
2. Planning process group: define and refine objectives, and formulate project management plans. Plan the best course of action to achieve the goals and scope of the project or phase.
3. Execution process group: integrate people and other resources to execute the project management plan in the project life cycle or a certain stage.
4. Monitoring process group: It is required to periodically measure and monitor progress, identify deviations from the plan, so that corrective measures can be taken when necessary to ensure that the project or phase goals are achieved.
5. Closing process group: formally accept products, services, or work results, and end projects or stages in an orderly manner.
