How the team should arrange QA and testing

1, how to arrange QA

QA is the quality of management positions, experienced QA project managers can help manage the project. Equivalent to the identity of a supervisor.                  
In the project development process will be supervised by a full QA, to see whether the software development in accordance with the standards of CMMI. Whether the document is complete, the development of a baseline are clear, whether there is a risk, BUG of whether the reduction target can be completed.                         The main duties of the software QA are: 1, responsible for the development of project quality assurance program, and is responsible for implementation of the plan; 2, to guide project managers work on the project in accordance with the company's specifications; 3, the quality of the audit work in charge of the project and record the nonconformance tracking solve the case does not meet the entry, ensure timely closure; 4, responsible for process monitoring project in stages output quality report; 5, the team responsible for software quality management skills training and process guidance; 6, configuration management to develop plans to build a configuration management environment; 7, responsible for change management, versioning, baseline management, and release management and regular project configuration audit; 8, to assist ISO 27001, ISO 9001, CMMI, ITSS of audit work; 9, complete other tasks superiors assigned.

The team should choose an experienced and have some reasonable plan to develop capable people.

2, arrange testing

 

To test the scheduled tasks:

 

(1) when doing the test plan, test execution resources required to plan, more generally increase 15% -20% margin, the test has sufficient resources to prepare.

 

(2) When designing test cases, estimate the time required to perform each test case, and recorded in the test database, notes for the latter estimate

 

(3) The estimated time for each test case, the workload can be calculated for each test module

 

(4) Analysis of the relationship between the software modules, and a module for module assembly according to the associated module and a corresponding workload

 

(5) The characteristics of each person, will be assigned to each combination of module testers

 

(6) After completion of a test, a combination of cross-module interchangeable test
