Recalling the project management plan to ensure that all work has been completed, the project objectives have been achieved

  

  For the project to reach completion or exit criteria needs to be done

  • Ensure that all project documents and deliverables are up to date
  • Ensure that the deliverables have been delivered to customers in hand and acceptance
  • Release resources
  • Disposal of surplus material
  • Preparation of the final project report
  • All costs are accounted for

  Off stage project contracts or contract needs to be done

  • Work to ensure that the seller has formal acceptance
  • The final disposal of the pending compensation
  • Update records to reflect the latest results
  • Archive information for future use

  Do the following

  • Collect project or phase records
  • Audit success of the project
  • Knowledge sharing and transfer
  • Lessons learned
  • Archive project information for future use and reference organization

  Collect proposals for improving and updating the organizational procedures and policies, and sends them to the appropriate organizational unit

  Stakeholder satisfaction measurement
