How to install Wine 5.0 in Ubuntu:
Wine apt official repository has to Ubuntu 16.04, Ubuntu 18.04, Ubuntu 19.04 and Ubuntu 19.10 package produced.
To resolve dependencies of Wine 5.0:
I have followed these steps in Ubuntu 19.10 successfully installed Wine 5.0, there would be no dependency problem.
