The recognized demonstration unit can receive a financial subsidy of 50,000 yuan after signing the project contract, and an additional 50,000 yuan financial subsidy after passing the project acceptance.

5. Application conditions
1. An enterprise with independent legal personality that has been registered in this area for three years or more and pays taxes in this area;
2. A patent management department has been set up with at least one patent worker;
3. The enterprise has no less than 3 valid invention patents, the patent electronic application rate is no less than 90%, and there are no abnormal patent applications;
4. In the past two years, the company's patent licensing, transfer, patented products and services revenue accounted for more than 30% of the annual sales revenue;
5. Pay attention to carrying out patent publicity and training activities, with the training rate of management personnel and scientific and technological staff reaching 50%, and the training rate of employees reaching 30%;
6. No major violations of laws or regulations in the past two years;
7. Enterprises that have been identified as Shanghai patent work pilot (demonstration) units or have been approved for district-level innovation projects this year are not allowed to apply.

4. General list of corporate intellectual property rights (Excel table);
5. Valid invention patent certificate and receipt of the last annual fee payment (copy);
6. Registered trademark certificate, software copyright certificate, and relevant supporting documents for foreign (overseas) intellectual property application or approval (copies);
7. The company’s audit reports or financial statements for the past three years (copies);
8. "Shanghai Patent Workers or Shanghai Intellectual Property Workers" and other relevant qualification certificates and social security certificates (copies) of our employees;
9. The enterprise’s established intellectual property management system (copy);
10. Certificate of enterprise’s intellectual property operation and filing and registration (copy);
11. Certification materials for carrying out publicity and training on intellectual property work;
12. Other supporting materials.
