The first batch of Sui Education Funding Program winners announced, with over US$300,000 awarded

We are excited to announce the first winners of the Sui Education Grants Program , which supports developers interested in cultivating the next generation of innovators. A total of 9 teams received more than US$300,000 in funding in this round. The selected proposals included the development of boot camps, courses, gamified learning tasks, developer education tools, and technical workshops.

Applications for the Sui Education Grant Program are now open , and winners must complete the KYC process and receive grant funding based on progress toward completed milestones.

Learn about grant winners:

1. EasyA : Often referred to as the Duolingo for Web3 developers, EasyA allows developers to easily learn Sui and Sui Move through their mobile apps. The course will be launched at the end of September.

2. GPTutor : The Bucket Protocol team is developing a VS Code extension powered by ChatGPT’s artificial intelligence. This extension enables developers to better understand the code and logic in smart contracts.

3. MoveCastle : ChainIDE is building a gamified education platform called MoveCastle. This gamified platform immerses developers in interactive learning experiences, allowing them to master Sui Move. Through interactive gameplay, developers will be able to master Sui Move's unique syntax and smart contract design principles.

4. MoveFuns DAO : The MoveFuns DAO team is actively organizing workshops, meetups, novice camps and other learning activities in the Chinese-speaking area to help Chinese community developers and novices understand the Sui ecosystem.

5. Nativo Ventures: The team will host multiple Sui Move boot camps for Spanish-speaking developers at universities in Central and South America.

6. Patika : Patika is a specialized edtech company known for its group training and talent acquisition programs. There is a large developer community in Turkey, and Patika is creating customized learning paths for them to delve deeper into Sui.

7. StackUp : Angel Hack is creating learn-to-earn opportunities for developers on their StackUp platform. They will create different tasks to attract more developers to the ecosystem and provide opportunities to keep developers engaged.

8. Web3Lab : The team hosts monthly MoveTalk events in Vietnam to create more content and organize valuable learning opportunities for builders in the Vietnam region.

9. WELLDONE Studio : The WELLDONE Studio technical team will develop a course specifically for Korean developers interested in building on the Sui platform. This course has just been launched and you can click to learn .
