5. Application conditions for patent work pilot enterprises
Those who apply for patent work pilot enterprises in Songjiang District should meet the following basic conditions: (1) An enterprise with independent legal personality registered in this district and paying taxes in this district;
(2) Possess at least 2 valid invention patents (10 utility model patents are regarded as 1 invention patent);
(3) R&D investment accounts for more than 2.5% of annual sales, and revenue from patented products and services accounts for more than 50% of annual sales revenue;
(4) Establish working systems for technology development and patent application, rights protection, implementation, and protection and implement them effectively;
(5) Establish a patent management department with at least one patent worker. Patent work funds are guaranteed;

6. Application conditions for patent work demonstration enterprises
Those who apply for patent work demonstration enterprises in Songjiang District should meet the following basic conditions: (1) An enterprise with independent legal personality registered in this district and paying taxes in this district;
(2) Possess at least 3 valid invention patents (10 utility model patents are regarded as 1 invention patent);
(3) R&D investment accounts for more than 3% of annual sales, and revenue from patented products and services accounts for more than 60% of annual sales revenue;
(4) Develop a relatively sound patent management and incentive system and implement it effectively; (5) Establish a patent management department with at least one staff member who has obtained a patent worker certificate. Patent work funds are guaranteed;
(6) Regularly carry out patent knowledge publicity and training, with a training rate of more than 80% for all employees;
