First download a system image file (.iso)
Go to VMware official website to download VMware16:Download VMware Workstation Pro | CN
Change the installation location,Uncheck: Add the virtual machine to PATH, check at startup, and add experience opportunities.
After installation enter the product key to register.
After installing the VMware virtual machine, start installing the operating system in the virtual machine. Here we take win10 as an example:
First click "Create a new virtual machine" and select "Install the operating system later a>", select the operating system and version, set the name and the location where the virtual machine is to be installed (Do not install on the C drive), Complete after configuring the size according to your needs.
Then select the virtual machine, click "Edit Virtual Machine Settings", modify the memory and processor of the virtual machine according to your needs, and select in the CD/DVD to use the ISO image file .
Then there are three modes of the network adapter of the virtual machine (after the virtual machine is installed, two virtual network cards will be created: VMnet1 and VMnet8):
Bridge mode: A real network card is used.
NAT mode: Use virtual network card 8.
Host-only mode: Virtual network card 1 is used.
In "Edit", "Virtual Network Editor"Configure subnet IP, virtual machineNAT mode subnet IP network segment is best in the same network segment as the real IP: For example, the current real IP is 192.168.74.1, the network segment is 74, and the subnet IP is 192.168.23.1 , it is best to change the subnet IP network segment to be the same as the real IP, click "Change Settings", and then modify it.
After the configuration is complete, start installing the virtual machine. After the installation is complete, open the settings of the virtual machine. Change the CD/DVD to use the ISO image file, select the system you downloaded, and then click to start the virtual machine. If the following screen appears:
You need to shut down and open the virtual machine settings again -> Options - > Advanced - > Change the firmware type to BIOS and try again.

After completion, modify the CD/DVD of the virtual machine again to the ISO of the micro PE toolbox, and start it again. After starting, click the Partition Assistant on the desktop to quickly partition.
After the partitioning is completedDo not shut downOpen the settings of the virtual machine to CD/DVD Change to the downloaded Win10 system, and then go to the computer to look at it. I find that the DVD has become this system. Copy it to another disk. I copied it to the E disk here.
After the copy is completed, open the desktopCGI backup and restore, select the system installation location, and select the system just copied to the E drive for the image file esd file in the file. Then click Execute -> OK. Wait for the restore to complete. 
After the restoration is completed, restart the virtual machine. If the blue screen still appearsBoot Manager, you need to shut down and go to the settings again. The firmware type is changed toBIOS. Then turn on the virtual machine and press F2 frantically at the same time to enter the BIOS, and BootClick the keyboard "+" to change "+Hard Drive" Set to first. Then pressF10 to save.
Then wait for the system installation to complete.
