How to form a JAVA development team of 30 people, this is my plan.
Total number of people: 30 people:
The arrangement is as follows:
1 technical director (or architect), 1 project manager, and 1 product manager.
Another 27 people were decomposed
5 back-end people (including 1 team leader) 3 front-end people (including 1 team leader) 1 tester (9 people in total)
5 back-end people (including 1 team leader) 3 front-end people (including 1 team leader) 1 tester (team leader) (9 people in total)
5 back-end people (including 1 team leader) 3 front-end people (including 1 team leader) 1 tester (9 people in total)
So we can plan for a java team of 30 people
15 back-end developers (including 3 team leaders), including at least 6 senior developers and 9 intermediate developers or junior-intermediate developers.
9 front-end developers (including 3 team leaders), at least 3 senior developers, and 6 intermediate developers or junior-intermediate developers.
3 testers (including 1 test team leader), at least 1 testing expert, and two junior and intermediate testers.
